Doug is directly responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the law firm’s operational policies, objectives and initiatives. Doug also provides general manager oversight and day-to-day direction to managers and senior staff regarding finance, human resources and information technology.
Tom is responsible for managing all of the firm’s accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining Barriston, Tom worked as an external auditor at BDO for 5 years before becoming a controller with a growing manufacturing company in Barrie.
Rebecca is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations of the firm with a focus on employee engagement, training, onboarding and firm culture. Prior to joining Barriston, Rebecca worked at the Fairmont in Banff Alberta, where she developed a high standard of service and experienced the importance of multiple departments working together with a common goal.
