Olivia Duguay is an associate lawyer practicing in all areas of family law including divorce, custody and access, child support, division of property, spousal support, and separation. Olivia graduated from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2022. During her time at Queen’s, she provided pro bono assistance to clients of the Queen’s Family Law Clinic and the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic that would otherwise be unable to access legal services. Olivia was called to the bar in June 2023 after articling with a prominent insurance defence firm in Toronto, where she had the opportunity to further hone her litigation, advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution skills.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family and pets.
