Bennett Marshall is an associate practicing in the areas of Corporate, Real Estate, and Wills & Estates law. Called to the Bar in June 2026, Bennett joined the firm following the completion of his articling term with Barriston.
Bennett completed his law degree at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. During law school, Bennett was involved with Pro Bono Dalhousie’s Wills Project, helping provide accessible estate planning services by assisting with the drafting and execution of wills and powers of attorney for low-asset residents in the Halifax area. Prior to attending law school, he earned a degree in Political Science from St. Francis Xavier University.
Outside of his practice, Bennett enjoys reading, hiking, and going on camping trips.
