Vivian Manning
Information Technology Management
Vivian is a non-practicing lawyer who focusses her energy on managing all aspects of the firm's Information Technology Department.
Vivian was called to the Bar in 1984, after graduating University of Windsor Law School. She taught the Legal Research and Writing Program at the University of Windsor Law School and oversaw their Student Legal Clinic.
Vivian started with Barriston LLP in1989, after 3 years in private practice. She practiced Municipal Law (Land Development) for 12 years, serving a number of institutional and private clients.
In 2000 Vivian withdrew from the practice of law to pursue her love of computers and technology. She manages the firm's IT department, bringing her years of legal background and experience to Knowledge Management, Document Automation, Training and Technology innovation at Barriston LLP.
Vivian is an avid gardener; former Big Sister; Out of the Cold volunteer, and very, very bad golfer.
