Nathalie Tinti

Nathalie practices in the areas of corporate/commercial law and municipal law. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law in 1997 and was called to the New York State Bar in 1998. After articling at Morris/Rose/Ledgett in Toronto, Nathalie was called to the Ontario bar in 2000.

Prior to joining Barriston LLP in 2011, Nathalie practiced with the predecessor firm of Purser, Dooley, Cockburn, Smith LLP.

In her practice, Nathalie has been involved in asset and share purchase transactions as well as general corporate maintenance and organization. Nathalie has also been involved in numerous management contracts and negotiations in the arts and entertainment industry.

A professional figure skater by background, Nathalie has traveled and lived in numerous parts of the world including Japan, England, Europe, Thailand, the Philippines and the United States.

Nathalie is a member of both the Canadian Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association
