Andrew Ain

Andrew Ain is a partner practicing in the Business Law Department of Barriston LLP. His practice is concentrated on real estate, mortgage lending and commercial transactions with a particular emphasis on land development and condominium law. Andrew has extensive experience in all aspects of property development acting for owners, developers, condominium corporations, municipalities, financiers, and landlords.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in 1994, Andrew attended the National Programme at McGill University, Faculty of Law, where, upon graduating with distinction in 1998, he obtained degrees in both Common and Civil Law (BCL & LL.B.). Andrew was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2000.
