Mira practices in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate (residential and commercial), and wills and estates. She is dedicated to providing efficient, effective and high quality legal services to southern Georgian Bay communities. Mira was called to the bar in Ontario in 2012 after completing her law degree at Queen’s University and her articles at a firm in downtown Toronto. Prior to law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dalhousie University.
Mira brings a wide variety of experience to her practice and is happy to assist with many legal matters, including incorporation, commercial finance, buying and selling businesses, franchising, commercial leasing, commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations, real estate acquisition and sales, mortgages, will drafting, will amendments, powers of attorney, estate planning and estate administration.
Mira is also actively involved in her community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for E3 Community Services.
